Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Toy Knockdown, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the game.

2. Licence

Toy Knockdown is licensed, not sold. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for private and non-commercial use.

3. Use of the Game

You agree to use Toy Knockdown only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the game or its assets
• Use cheats, mods, memory editors, bots, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay or the in-game economy
• Exploit bugs or unintended behaviour to gain unfair amounts of coins, boosters, or items
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game, its assets, or any in-game content
• Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice contained in the game

4. In-Game Currency and Items

Toy Knockdown uses coins as a virtual in-game currency. Coins, boosters, special ammo and skins are earned entirely through gameplay - by clearing levels, collecting stars, and finishing levels with unused shots.

• Coins and items have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the game
• The game contains no in-app purchases, so coins and items cannot be bought with real money
• Coins, stars, boosters and unlocked skins are stored locally on your device; clearing the app data or uninstalling the game erases them permanently and they cannot be restored by us
• We reserve the right to adjust item costs, reward amounts, level difficulty and the game economy at any time as part of normal balancing

5. No Purchases and No Advertising

Toy Knockdown is provided free of charge. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. Because there is no payment flow, there is nothing to refund. If a future version of the game introduces purchases or advertising, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released.

6. Progress and Save Data

Your progress is saved only on the device you play on. There is no account and no cloud backup operated by us, which means progress does not automatically transfer to another device and cannot be recovered by us if it is lost. Save data may be affected by clearing app data, uninstalling the game, device failure, or an operating system update. We are not able to restore lost progress.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, level layouts, audio, and visual assets in Toy Knockdown are owned by Sefa Öztürkmen. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the game without explicit written permission. Recording and sharing your own gameplay footage (for example on video or streaming platforms) is permitted and welcome.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toy Knockdown is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sefa Öztürkmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to loss of progress, loss of in-game items, or device issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the game at any time without notice. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example when new features are introduced. Updates will be reflected on this page along with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from your use of Toy Knockdown shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turkey. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Additional Terms for Google Play (Android)

If you obtained Toy Knockdown from Google Play, your use of the game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the game or its content. Google Play handles distribution, installation and updates only.

14. Additional Terms for the Apple App Store (iOS)

If you obtained Toy Knockdown from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and, where they conflict with the sections above, they prevail:

• These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Sefa Öztürkmen only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content
• You are granted a non-transferable licence to use the game on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service
• Sefa Öztürkmen, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the game. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support
• Sefa Öztürkmen, not Apple, is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the game to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever
• Sefa Öztürkmen, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the game, including product liability claims, any claim that the game fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation
• In the event of a third-party claim that the game infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Sefa Öztürkmen, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you
